LTRC Data Requests

For larger or more complex requests that cannot be accommodated by the express tissue request, the following procedure should be used.

The User's Guide to the LTRC gives an overview of the LTRC data request policies.

Refer to the LTRC Policy for Acquiring Specimens and Publishing Results for procedures and forms for requesting LTRC specimens, specimen collections, clincal data and data analyses.

Appendices I through V are available as a Microsoft Word Document. This document can be downloaded and completed off-line. Please submit the completed document via email. The original, signed Appendix IV must be mailed to the LTRC Data Coordinating Center.

Template letters explaining the purpose of the LTRC are provided for a researcher to submit to their IRB and Business Office. Refer to the OHRP guidelines for information on human subjects research.
