LTRC Data - Analyze

This page will allow the investigator to request limited statistical functions (frequencies, contingency tables, and means) and view slides of selected subsets of tissues and CT scans.

View list of variables for variables that are available for subsetting the data and obtaining the desired analyses.

Each function has instructions that will allow the investigator to subset the data (limit the dataset to patients with a certain characteristic) and provide the analysis according to a "by" variable (repeats the request for each level of a characteristic).

As you explore the data, please take into consideration for your upcoming tissue request, the small amount of control tissue that currently exist in the LTRC tissue repository. It will be difficult to match a reasonable request for COPD & IPF tissues with an equal amount of control tissue.
